Don't worry, "OUAT" fans. Emilie de Ravin tells Zap2it this isn't her only episode this year. Thank goodness. But let's discuss the episode "Skin Deep," shall we?

Storybrooke

In Storybrooke, Belle's father is Moe, a florist who is kidnapped by Mr. Gold. Moe's truck has "Game of Thorns" written on the side - nice "Game of Thrones" shout-out. Moe was kidnapped because the Mayor put him up to stealing from Mr. Gold. Regina sent Moe to steal something - she tells Mr. Gold she'll give it back if he tells her his real name.

He says it - Rumpelstiltskin, proving that he remembers Fairytale world. And the Mayor returns a chipped cup to him. The cup Belle chipped at Rumpel's house in Fairytale land.

And just where is Belle in Storybrooke? The Mayor has her locked up in the mental ward of the hospital.

In other developments, Ruby, Mary Margaret and Ashley have a girls night out, where Ashley gets a proposal and Mary Margaret kinda breaks things off with David, since he can't be with her outright.

Fairytale Land

Belle agrees to be Rumpelstiltskin's prisoner in order to save her family and friends from the ogre war. As she lives with him, she grows to love him but she's hesitant because of his evil curse. When Rumpel lets Belle go into town, assuming she won't return, Belle runs into the Evil Queen who tells her that true love's kiss will break any curse, including the one on Mr. Stiltskin.

When she returns to him, she kisses him and he starts to change back to normal, but Belle lets it slip about the Queen telling her. Rumpel freaks out, thinking Belle is working with the Queen against him and locks Belle up, screaming that no one could ever love him.

But if it wasn't true love's kiss, it wouldn't have worked.

Rumpel eventually lets Belle go, saying that his power means more to him than she does. But she calls him a coward, saying he'll regret not believing that she could love him.

In the end, the Evil Queen comes to Rumpel's to tell him how Belle's father and friends shunned her after her stay at Stiltskin's house (and the fact that Gaston has gone missing - Rumpel turned him into a rose). The Queen says Belle threw herself out of the tower her father locked her in and is dead.

Thoughts & Tidbits

• Aw we said, Emilie de Ravin told us she's coming back to "OUAT" this season, so at least we know that one of her characters isn't dead (we're guessing the Queen lied, but even if she was telling the truth about Belle, the Storybrooke counterpart is obviously still alive)
• We knew once de Ravin told us about the plot for this episode that it would be completely heartbreaking. Robert Carlyle is masterful and now we're 'shipping a new TV couple.
• Who's for Emilie de Ravin becoming a series regular and living happily ever after with Rumpelstiltskin/Mr. Gold? *raises hand*
